How it works

From your plans to our warehouse in ten steps

Money moves twice. The second payment waits until an independent inspector has checked your order, and our fee comes out of the price you were quoted.

    Tell us what you need

    Send your plans, a list of products, photos or links, your build timeline, and any local quotes to compare against.

    Get a landed-cost quote

    We take your list to our factories around the world and come back with the factory price, freight, duty, GST, brokerage and our fee, line by line.

  3. 3

    Approve and sign

    You sign our service agreement and approve the specs or shop drawings. Your builder signs off any measurements.

  4. 4

    Pay the deposit

    You pay the deposit to LUSSO. We pay the factory to start production. Our fee comes out of the price on your quote, not on top of it.

    Production

    The factory builds to the approved specs. You see progress photos in your project page.

    Inspection before balance

    An independent inspector checks dimensions, finish, hardware and packaging. If anything fails, the factory fixes it before you pay the balance.

    Pay the balance

    Only after inspection passes. You pay LUSSO, and we settle with the factory before the order ships.

    Ship to Vancouver

    Your order is consolidated into a container, with every crate photographed before it is sealed.

    Customs clearance

    We clear it on our own account through our licensed broker. Duty and GST are already in your quote.

  10. 10

    Ready at our warehouse

    The container is unloaded at our warehouse and checked against the manifest. You collect your order from there; local delivery can be quoted separately.

  • Match your order to a vetted factory and quote the landed cost
  • Write the purchase contract, pay the factory and manage production
  • Book the inspection and hold the balance until it passes
  • Arrange freight, customs clearance and unloading at our warehouse
